  Huge variety of shakes. You're bound to find one you like. Burgers are pretty great, too. Try the Frisco if you feel like something different. The fries are pretty awful, though.

  The service here is fine. The overall food quality is good for this type of restaurant.
  
  We have spoken to the management several times about the water safety. Working for a water treatment company i have asked for them to investigate and service their current system. Seems as if my requests have fallen on deaf ears.

  They don't seem to have everything together when it comes to being able to serve breakfast. Two times in the same week I went there and they had no syrup for pancakes. I was told the manager was supposed to bring it in but for some reason she hadn't made it in yet (so do they buy it from the store and not have it shipped in?) and that "she comes in basically when she wants to". Two other times they weren't open because it was supposed to be being cleaned at that time. This was a Wednesday morning not a Sunday morning when they may have been busy with the late night bar crowd stopping for food on the way home. It would make more sense for them to do the cleaning during the slow hours either late at night or very early in the morning. Being a reliable breakfast spot doesn't seem to be one of their priorities.
  
  The food was good and we were able to order it and they actually have pretty good pancakes.

  I wouldn't even give them 1/5 stars, they don't even deserve that. Literally the past NINE times I've gone there, they have been out of shake mix or cookie dough for the shakes. SHAKE is in the name of the restaurant, you'd think they'd be more prepared then that. Usually I am not one to complain but that is absolutely ridiculous.
  
  On top of that there have been times I waited over thirty minutes for someone to come and greet the table and at least another hour after to get the food.
