I ordered online, and shortly after, I received a phonecall saying they were unfortunately out of tofu which I had in both meals I'd ordered. They gave me a list of alternatives I could do to compensate. I asked for a bowl of tomato soup. When I got to the restaurant, the manager (her name MAY have been Tiffany..) was super nice and apologetic. I was refunded the money for the tofu, was given extra vegetables in the entrees, was given my tomato soup and flathead. I don't think I've ever received such generous customer service as I did at this restaurant.September 13, 2016
